Overhead slide gates are used in situations where there is insufficient space for full movement of a cantilever slide gate. Overhead slide gates may be hung from a wall, an overhead structure, or from standard 4" OD support posts. Clearances ranging from 14 feet to 18 feet above grade are typical.
